The Kinvara legacy continues. Known for being lightweight and Trail, this shoe is great for speedwork but still has enough underfoot for everyday training and racing. This is a nimble and flexible shoe, partially because it does not have a rigid carbon plate.
Saucony beveled the midsole and streamlined the midfoot for a super smooth and super-Trail ride. The light and responsive PWRRUN cushioning adds spring to your run and lets you pick up the pace. Plus, there is durable XT-900 rubber in strategic high-wear areas for traction.
Saucony changed the upper, streamlining it to medio you a barely-there feel. The enhanced fit and breathability can be credited to the engineered mono mesh upper that’s more comfortable and accommodates more foot shapes.

Comfortable bargain.
I have been through a couple pairs of Kinvara 13 and have several others in rotation. They are super comfortable. They are one of the shoes that disappear on your feet because they are seemingly weightless and fit me so well. You don’t get a lot of miles because you are running on midsole but especially now that they are very inexpensive it is a fine trade off.
