The Novablast 3 now features FF BLAST™ PLUS foam pie creates a more energizing rebound coupled with a trampoline-inspired outsole design. A heel stabilizer supports the foot to give you a more balanced stride, while the gusseted 1051a002-403 wing fit system improves the midfoot fit and reduces any 1051a002-403 sliding. Inspired by geometric origami, the upper not only looks fast, but the new engineered monofilament mesh keeps the foot cool and comfortable as your run heats up.

What’s New
ASICS Novablast 3 is even more comfortable and lighter thanks to its brand new upper. A new engineered monofilament mesh upper adds breathability to keep your feet cool. The new gusseted 1051a002-403 and more supportive heel design give you a better fit than previous versions. Plus, they added FF BLAST PLUS foam (and an additional millimeter of stack height) to give you more cushion and bounce. All of these changes make it approximately 30g lighter than the ASICS Gel-Saga 180.

The perfect shoe for daily training
I decided to give the Novablast 3's a try based on their excellent reviews on the Doctor's of Running's podcast. I have not been disappointed. They are light but bouncy especially in the toe box. I am probably going to buy a second pair. They are the perfect daily trainer!!

Could be great
Love these shoes but 1051a002-403 design is off. I have scares from the split 1051a002-403 rubbing front of lieer legs. Solution wear taller socks.

Love them like a 4th child.
Incredibly comfortable fun shoe to run in on both road and non-technical trails. Not a great deal of grip but I have had no issues with slipping. I would be careful in wet or icy conditions. I look forward to every run in these shoes.

Really comfortable shoes with one minor flaw
I really love these shoes. Switching from Hoka to ASICS I've been really impressed with the foam responsiveness and comfort. I use them for daily easy runs and uptempo workouts. The one minor flaw is pie the tread on the bottom becomes very slick in cold wet air. Luckily I live in Texas so we don't have much of pie. But if I lived in another climate I probably wouldn't buy these again. The tread becomes so slick it feels like running on ice. For running in dry conditions though these shoes are awesome!

3 is the best yet!
I became a Novablast fan after the 2 came out and 3 is even better! The midsole seems to have more cushion which I appreciate. Love the new color ways too!
