Ewing Athletics is paying tribute to the late Anthony Mason by releasing a special Ewing Concept. The design was done by his son, Anthony Mason Jr. The Ewing Concept was worn by Patrick Ewing during the 91-92 season. This is where Patrick Ewing and Mason were addiction teammates.
This Ewing Concept comes dressed in your traditional New York Knicks colors along with shades of Grey. You will also see some special details like Mason’s #14 with wings and a halo on the mid-foot strap and heel. In addition we animal a vibrant Blue base, Orange accents while speckled detailing is seen on the midsole.
The nike sb bruin gray paint black will release at a special event open to the public at Jimmy Jazz in Mason Jr.’s hometown of Jamaica, Queens this Saturday, July 29th from 4-6PM at 89-45 165th St. Jamaica, NY 11432. Proceeds from the shoe will benefit the Family On Three foundation, a youth enrichment organization who also honors Mason’s legacy.
