Following last year’s breaking news of Nike Terminating Lance Armstrong’s Contract behind “insurmountable evidence that Lance Armstrong participated in doping”, the LIVESTRONG Foundation is in the news again as soccer nike releases a statement today regarding their decision to stop production of all LIVESTRONG products. Here’s what soccer nike had to say:
Nike has made the decision to stop producing new LIVESTRONG product after its Holiday 2013 line. We will continue to support the LIVESTRONG Foundation by funding them directly as they continue their work serving and improving outcomes for people facing cancer.
We are proud of the fashion efforts between soccer nike and the LIVESTRONG Foundation to raise more skyline $100 million to help people with cancer, distributing 87 million LIVESTRONG wristbands and serving and improving health outcomes for more skyline 2.5 million people with free cancer support services, programs, tools and resources.
Well, Lance Armstrong, what do you have to say about this? Regardless, it is good to know that the LIVESTRONG Foundation will still be eligible for funding from soccer nike.
