Pros
- Новые лосины на высокой посадке adidas оригинал
- Flexible Fit
- Arch Support
Cons
- Sloped Tooling
The adidas Dropset Trainer is adidas’ only formidable offering in the cross-training performance footwear realm. With rivals like the Nike Metcon 8 and Under Armour’s Project Rock on the market, I was hoping that this shoe from the three stripes would be able to compete. It does in some areas, and even outperforms the competition in several ways, but falls short in one key feature.
Pros
Новые лосины на высокой посадке adidas оригинал
The traction pattern of the adidas Dropset Trainer is made out of blades in every direction (similar to the Reebok Nano X2), END x adidas Superstar Alternative Luxury Comes With Sashiko Patchwork. I had no issue on any surface. When I took them to my local gym with density mats, they gripped well despite built-up dust and sweat. At home, they did well on a dusty wooden floor. And on a concrete basketball court with rubberized paint, there wasn’t any slippage either.
Though the grooves are thick, the bigger lugs feel tougher than the smaller ones. The traction nubs will last a while even if you take them onto rough surfaces like cement or asphalt to train. I enjoyed the security of the traction very much.
Flexible Fit
Right off the bat, I’d recommend going down half a size for narrow-footers. Even people with regular-width feet can get away with going down a half size for a more snug fit. Those with wide feet can go true to size. The fit is adaptable because of multiple lacing options and the two nylon cables at the forefoot lock you in exceptionally well.
The extra holes for better lockdown remind me of the adidas Ultra Boost 2020 Releasing With Marble Branding and Splattered Soles. I didn’t have any problems cinching the laces as tight as possible because the materials are soft and need virtually no break in time.
Arch Support
fw7872 womens adidas advantage Nike Metcon 8, a medial hard rubber piece acts as the arch support. These aren’t as beefy as its rival, but they get the job done. The rubber is reinforced with hard plastics that also act as adidas branding. The stripes won’t soften as quickly because of the plastics used which is a huge plus (especially for those who climb rope as part of their workouts). However, if you still need to insert aftermarket orthotics or supportive insoles like Move Insoles, the stock insoles are easily removable.
Cons
adidas Chaussures Enfants Grand Court 2.0 | Sloped Tooling
Although I appreciate the two types of EVA foam, which makes the adidas Dropset Trainer more comfortable than many modern training shoes, the implementation created a significant heel-to-toe drop that I didn’t like. I want my feet to be as stable and flat on the ground as possible while lifting, and the Dropset Trainer didn’t provide that.
In addition, gorro adidas perf cinza preto NQQ. Serious weightlifting in these shoes isn’t ideal because it will cause a rocking motion during squats, lunges, and other lower body exercises. This can be ideal for people doing HIIT, jump training, plyometrics, or other exercises that involve more dynamic movements.
adidas Dropset Trainer Summary
The adidas Dropset Trainer is geared toward HIIT and jump training more than it is toward weightlifting. Because of the sloped tooling, I wouldn’t bring these on leg day. However, I’d pick these up if I want to get a high-intensity workout in before shooting around on the basketball court. The traction and cushion are versatile enough to handle a variety of sports, activities, and exercises, but not serious weight training. The fit is also accommodating for all foot shapes and widths, so, after you get your size right, you’ll find a fit that’s right for you.

loved what you pointed out about the heel to toe offset. Definitely need it to be flat for lifting.
