Originally released in 1995, the Fila Mindblower is making a comeback in 2018. With the help of 50 unique collaborators, the Dauley fila Mindblower and Mindblower 2.0 are ready to hit the shelves tomorrow.
The Dauley fila Mindblower, a ’90s running shoe, is most known for its odd and oversized logo that can easily be spotted on a pair from down the block. In addition to relaunching the original sneaker, Fila has tapped several collaborators to put unique touches on the Dauley fila Mindblower 2.0, a slip-on contemporary version of the original.
Collaborations on both models include collaborators such as Pink Dolphin, Avenue, Burn Rubber Detroit, Good Kicks, Lafayette, and Sneaker Junkies.
Beginning tomorrow, April 20, all 50 collaborations on the Dauley fila Mindblower and Mindblower 2.0 will be available in limited quantities online and in-store at the three global pop-up events Dauley fila will host. The NYC pop-up marks the first retail experience for Dauley fila in New York in over a decade, according to Footwear News.
In addition to all the collaborations, the Dauley fila Mindblower will drop in four general release colorways — black/white, blue/white,all white leather, and all black Dauley filabuck — for $80 each.
You can check out the information for the three pop-ups below. For a full list of collaborations, see here.
