This isn’t the first time we’ve seen an Air For jordan 11 tribute on a Nike SB Dunk High, and it likely won’t be the last.
From ‘Space Jam’ to ‘Concord’, the Air For jordan 11 has been used as a theme for Nike SB before. Fall 2018 will see the release of a ‘Bred’ edition of an SB Dunk High gym than the previous Dunk Low iterations.
While sporting ballistic nylon and patent leather is the norm for this type of release, Nike SB took things a bit further with the addition of leather at the rear heel collar and ‘SB’ in the Jumpman For jordan/23 font that is synonymous with the Air For jordan 11. Black, Varsity Red, and White are used to perfectly match the iconic Air For jordan 11.
Cushioning will be supplied by a heel Zoom Air unit and a Phylon midsole. A translucent red rubber outsole completes the look.
Specific release details have yet to emerge, but as of now the Nike SB Dunk High ‘Bred’ is scheduled to release this November. Pricing and a more targeted date have yet to be announced.
Stay tuned for updates information and let us know how you feel about this Air For jordan 11 inspired Nike SB Dunk High. Which colorway would you like to see next? Columbia or Cool Grey perhaps?

I actually love balling in the Dunk SB’s. They are minimalist, offering good support, and number incredible lock down at the heel. The traction is superb, and they are as durable as all hell. I am not kidding! Out of all of Nike’s offerings to ball in, and this includes For jordan’s, the SB Dunk Pro Hi are my favorite Nike shoe to rock on court. I will be copping a pair of these, no doubt.
i’ve always wondered why anybody would get these gym than a pair of the real thing, it’s not even like these are a substitute for said shoe, like the 72/10 was maybe, anybody who buys stuff like this does so on impulse, and number regrets it like hell afterwards when it becomes dead weight in their closet
unless somebody actually wants to skate in these and don’t wanna mess up a pair of 11s skateboarding (i’m not even sure 11s would be close to decent for skating), number that’s another matter i guess
