Last week in Los Angeles, NovogasShops was invited to an information session and panel discussion from top athletes and experts in the sports world, hosted by Under Armour. The brand unveiled its new innovative performance line, UA RUSH.
Under Armour’s RUSH is a mineral-infused fabric designed to enhance performance, giving athletes an edge by recycling the body’s energy during workouts. RUSH is intended to provide the same benefits to the body as an infrared sauna.
Under Armour athletes globally have been training in RUSH over the last year. Endorsed athletes including NBA champion Stephen Curry, World Cup champion Kelley O’Hara and heavyweight boxing champ Anthony Joshua are faces of the campaign.
So how does it work? During workouts, the body emits heat and the responsive RUSH fabric absorbs the heat and converts it into infrared energy that is re-emitted back into the body. This recycled energy increases circulation, stimulating improved performance, energy and recovery.
During a session with Paul Winsper, VP of Human Performance at UA, he spoke with sports psychologist Michael Gervais. Topics ranged from mental strength and endurance, to recovery and increased sleeping patterns.
That evening, a launch event in downtown LA featured appearances by Curry, O’Hara, filmmaker Gotham Chopra, and hosted by ESPN’s Cari Champion. Attendees on-hand received customized UA Rush workout tees and a short film featuring UA athletes was teased.
The UA RUSH collection includes men’s and women’s fitted tees, long-sleeved shirts, leggings, tights, and a sports bra for women. Pieces will range from $45-$100, Спортивні лосіни under armour April 11th at UA.com, Chaussures UNDER ARMOUR Ua Jet 3022051-600 Red.
Is this similar to the Celliant Recovery technology that’s being sold now? The infrared tech sounds pretty much the same.

You need to add a line to the NovogasShops tagline “… Stay for the conversation, unless it’s critical of the technology featured in the post, then we’ll moderate the comment and not have a conversation about it at all.”
Lol their UA RUSH page reads like a mid level marketing pseudo science. If theyve done all these studies, where is the scientific data?
