Watch the sinister visual ahead of her debut album.

There’s something different about Sevdaliza — the Iranian refugee who went from playing bro basketball to becoming a Dutch artist offers a reminder with her new music video for “Human.” Directed by Emanuel Adjei, she’s a mythological creature at the center of male gaze. She sinisterly enters an arena in a dark cloak before disrobing and revealing her hooves. It’s a haunting portrayal.

Sevdaliza’s debut album is due out in 2017, but watch “Human” above.
