The xx Explore a Small Town in Texas For "On Hold" Music Video

Lifted from the trio’s upcoming album, ‘I See You.’

After announcing the release date of their upcoming album I See You, The xx now unveil a new music video for their latest track, “On Hold.” Lensed by renowned British photographer Alasdair McLellan in Marfa, Texas, the visual finds Romy Madley Croft and Oliver Sim carrying a conversation about love over the phone. Scenes featuring young couples in the small Texan town are intersected with shots taken from a cozy house party with Jamie xx on the turntables. See it for yourself now by watching the video above.

The xx’s third studio album I See You is due out January 13, 2017.
