A dual-delivery highlighter, its outer halo contains actual light-reflecting crystal extracts while the core has Vitamin E-rich coconut and castor oil for a dewy finish when applied to the face. Haloscope comes in two shades, a pearlescent Rose Quartz or sun-kissed Topaz, both priced at $22 USD and available now online.
