Alessandro Michele’s bohemian vision took over Westminster Abbey during Gucci’s 2017 resort COLLECTION. The designer tapped the English eccentric to showcase a tartan and Union Jack-filled collection that still spoke to romantic punk rock. Kaleidoscopic color and animal graphic covered rainbow knits and patchwork jumpers. There were also distressed drawn-on denim and frilly A-line gowns — elegant play at work here.
