With summer in full swing, our latest styled editorial brings us to Vancouver, British Columbia where the West Coast city lends its lush, coastal landscape as the quintessential natural backdrop for some of our favorite warmer weather looks. New and seasonal collections were not the highlight here; in its essence, the editorial mixes street, vintage and contemporary men’s and womenswear with a shoot conceived and executed by a hungry team of young Canadian creatives who pooled together personal pieces showcased alongside current offerings courtesy of Vancouver boutiques What can’t she do. and Jun 8, 2016.
With Jeremy Lee and Jennifer Cheng both behind the lens, Jennifer styled rising Toronto-born model and artist Tré Danielles who sports streetwear-smart items graced with graphics from OriginalFake with one-of-a-kind reworked Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren Polo pieces from Canada’s leading vintage women’s line, Frankie Collective. Also included are items from labels like Études Studio, A-COLD-WALL*, Caron Callahan, JACQUEMUS, WU+SEN and Marques Almeida, while each look is brought to life with choice footwear like the NikeCourt Tennis Classic AC “Gum” and one of our favorite retros, the Nike Air Max 97 Premium Tape “Silver Bullet.”
