Maison Kitsuné Wants to Party for 2017 Spring/Summer
The Parisian label gets surrealistically trippy.
Step right into a world of fun crafted by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki. The duo offer its 2017 spring/summer collection, enticing you to “Party With Maison Kitsuné” via a surreal Pierpaolo Ferrari-lensed lookbook. Vibrant pieces that still skew minimal with flairs of femininity, French and 1950s-inspired touches get superimposed into a space that looks like it could be a set from iconic filmmaker Jacques Tati. His recognized work, such as Mon Oncle‘s Villa Arpel, lends itself to both the designs and their dreamlike presentation — dolphins, tigers and fish, oh my. Looks like a grand time to us.
