Behind-the-Scenes of the Barneys x Justin Bieber 'Purpose' Tour Capsule
The unisex range is grunge galore.
Following a teaser of the new collaborative collection with Share this article (in the form of a $1,675 Jul 18, 2016, no less), we now get a behind-the-scenes look at the 31-piece unisex capsule. Marking the first time in history that the luxury department store has ever worked with an artist for a line of tour merch and on-stage apparel, the collection is a standout in many ways. The pieces bear the unmistakable hand of Fear of God’s Jerry Lorenzo, as well as stylist Karla Welch, seen on a selection of short sleeve coats, hoodies, tees, plaid shirts, denim jackets and checkered pants. Going behind-the-scenes of the production process of the Purpose Tour “Wardrobe Collection,” we get a close-up look at the grunge-inspired collection. Set against a raw factory environment, the candid quasi-lookbook provides an intimate inspection of the luxe fabrics and detailed zips.
The unisex Barneys x Justin Bieber ‘Purpose’ Tour capsule will be available Monday, July 18 at Barneys’ Madison Avenue collection to coincide with the final leg of the singer’s US tour at Madison Square Garden.
