She’s more fearless than ever before.
That mentor list alone is worth the watch T Magazine‘s latest issue, Kristen Stewart reveals how opening up about her relationship has allowed her to become a better actress. Having worked in the film industry since she was nine years old, Stewart struggled with anxiety throughout her youthful years. Speaking of the Twilight era, the actress recalls how tormented she was when she lost control over her personal life:
People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product. It wasn’t real life anymore. And that was gross to me. It’s not that I want to hide who I am or hide anything I’m doing in my life. It’s that I don’t want to become a part of a story for entertainment value.
After going through a tumultuous period of time, the 26-year-old now becomes more honest about her relationship with visual-effects producer Alicia Cargile, and has a stronger motivation to become a better actress. In addition, Stewart discusses how her sexuality has transformed the way she perceives life, as she now sees “an opportunity to represent something really positive.”
In conjunction with the interview, the magazine has created a video in which Stewart ponders on what she would do if she were not famous for a day. Watch the clip below to see it for yourself. You can also head over here The Fall/Winter 2016 collection is pure get out-and-get active.
