AppleCore's 2016 Fall/Winter Editorial Blooms in an Idyllic Parisian Garden

Dec 13, 2022 Fall/Winter 2016 collection, AppleCore founders and designers Moriba-Maurice Koné and Steven Alexis present a new editorial.
The Parisian-based brand used the range to highlight French urban slang and then juxtapose it within the idyllic garden of Porte Dorée. Photographer Mathieu Vilasco captures Gucci Gang’s Annabelle Ferrera in graphic tops that honor higher necklines and elongated trousers, which were inspired by cubism’s art movement, soccer equipment and other European reference points that have influenced AppleCore since it was first established in 2015.
