Off-White™, 'Vogue' & Burton Team Up for a Sleek Snowboarding Capsule
Snowboard in style.
After teasing a collaboration last year, Off-White™, Vogue and Burton have teamed up to release a limited-edition capsule of snowboarding gear and accessories. The ten-piece range merges Virgil Abloh‘s signature designs with Vogue‘s minimalism. Both styles are translated onto Burton’s technical fabrications, creating the ultimate snow apparel for women.

Our process first started with a trip to the Burton Headquarters in Burlington, Vermont to meet and tour the facilities with Greg Dacyshyn. The root of the collection was using Selby as the muse. Her personality and character is the intersection that inspired me. She is both street and chic. Therein lies the Off-White™ spirit. The collection signifies both high fashion in its tailoring and fit, as well as having the element of no-fuss and utilitarianism.
Vogue‘s Selby Drummond also pulled inspiration from her own winter sport experience:
“Like a lot of girls I know, I grew up shopping in the men’s section for my gear because women’s styles at the time often felt like an afterthought. Burton was the only partner Virgil and I even considered when we dreamt up this collection, because they are not only pioneers of the sport, but also champions of female athletes on the slopes.”
Ladies are able to pick up items from the collection at Burton’s online shop now. The line is also be available in limited quantities at the brand’s New York and Tokyo flagships as well as at select Off-White™ locations.
