Now, the luxury house has taken this inspiration and reinterpreted the looks as part of range that celebrates love, fittingly due to be released in accordance with Valentine’s Day.
The bags take on an adorable heart-shaped silhouette in three classic colorways – pastel pink, scarlet and black. The former two are emblazoned with metal LV love lock across the front, whereas the black version is sleeker, with the main feature order the large gold-tone LV emblem on the front. All of the bags feature a quilted leather upper and a zip fastening and can be worn in a myriad of ways, including over the shoulder, as a clutch or fastened around the waist as a belt bag.
For those of you who preferred the original “New Wave” silhouettes, Louis Vuitton is also releasing those with a slight update. This time, the retro-inspired bags will be available in a similar love locks finish, with metallic padlock and key emblems scattered over the chic leather upper.
