Sex & Dating is slowly coming to an end, with shows like Alexander Wang, Jeremy Scott and Tom Ford Here Are the Must-Have Accessories for Fall, as Seen at New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2018 collections, models walked down the runways sporting everything from skiing uniforms to bodysuits, and despite the differences between all the designers and brands, there were still a few trends that dominated the shows.

Prabal Gurung/Pyer Moss Alexander Wang to Adam Selman brought belts down the runway, creating an interesting shift from the over-sized and boxy streetwear aesthetic that has dominated fashion throughout the recent months. Bold Eyewear
We’re slowly beginning to move away from the small, minimal shades that dominated 2017, to bolder and more eye-catching eyewear like the above from designers like Jeremy Scott. Playing with colors and frames will be the focus of the fall season, using eyewear as the focal accessory. Try celebrity new and try out the trend, because making a statement will be all the rage once the Fall/Winter 2018 collections arrive in stores.
Over-sized Bags
Small bags and clutches have been forgotten – it is time to bring out the big bags. Victoria Beckham, 3.1 Phillip Lim took to the runway to debut over-sized tote bags in all kinds of shapes and colors, with the bags being but front and center. The theme for the Fall/Winter season seems to be “more is more,” with brands experimenting with silhouettes, colors and experimental approaches. One thing is for sure – you’ll be seeing loads of bulky bags on the street in no time.
Big Earrings
Hoop earrings made an unexpected turn last year, and it looks like we’re continuing the statement jewelry trend this season. With everything from decked out hoops to long and sleek pearl pieces designers like Tom Ford and Anna Sui showcased the blingy accessories, making us want to run out and buy a set of exaggerated earrings at once.
Scarves
There’s no better accessory than a scarf during the colder seasons, and the Sex & Dating runway proved that over-sized scarves will be the biggest trend this fall. Chromat It seems as if marking the waist is perhaps the biggest trend this season. Everyone from Gypsy Sport made a case for plant bags, whereas Phillip Plein channelled his inner athlete and brought snowboarding and skiing gear down the runway – as well as a robot, which is a great accessory if you’re ever feeling extra extra.
