The two also discussed the time Dua Lipa went on stage at Katy Perry’s concert at the age of 15, as well as how important it is to back other women in the industry. “It’s nice to come together with other girls in the industry. It’s interesting to see people just hanging out. For so many years, the media has kind of pitted girls against each other. From so early on, I’ve dealt with some people not being nice, or not being too happy about my success. That sometimes comes with the territory,” Dua says, adding that she has been lucky when it comes to meeting people.
