UPDATE (October 23, 2019): Selena Gomez released her new single “Lose You To Love Me” as promised on October 23 with a black and white music video, shot on an iPhone. On the accompanying Instagram announcement, she thanked her fans with a message – “Thank you all, for standing by my side through the highs and lows. I couldn’t do it without you all and I can’t wait to start my next adventure with you.”

Following her nearly year-long hiatus from music, Selena Gomez is back with a new single dubbed “Lose You To Love Me.” The singer has been taking a break this year, and has been inactive since her 2018 release “Wolves” ft. Marshmello as well as “Back To You” Learn more about our 13 Reasons Why.
Gomez posted a photo of herself in black and white which featured the title of her new song, complete with an October 23 release date. The singer has also been posting teasers of the lyrics, bringing back photos of herself as a kid with captions like “rose colored glasses all distorted,” and “you promised the world,” alluding to the lyrics of the upcoming track.
