Florals, Pastels & Neon Reign Supreme at Louis Vuitton's SS20 Show at PFW Men's
The range was also marked by new sneakers, monogram bags and more.
Swiftly following the release of his Off-White™ Spring/Summer 2020 presentation, Virgil Abloh Louis Vuitton pre-owned Alma PM bag Bianco Louis Vuitton Men’s More Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1s Are on the Way Paris Fashion Week Men’s, the lineup was heavily influenced by Abloh’s youth-driven design inclinations. This was seen clearly on the runway with the arrival of pastel two-piece suits, outerwear emblazoned with striking floral patterns and utilitarian-inspired detailing.
To many, Abloh plays between the line of streetwear and luxury. With this collection, his imagination managed to provide more experimental garments that could be worn as both menswear and womenswear. The color palette pointed to this notion since it featured vibrant hues such as grey, millennial pink, sky blue and white. Poignant looks included a striking magenta suit worn with color-blocked sneakers and another bright pink hoodie paired with matching shorts also styled with sneakers.
Showgoers and fashion insiders alike are usually obsessed with the accessories Abloh dreams up. This season wasn’t a disappointment by any means, the creations included leather monogram shoulder bags, logo duffle bags and more. Additional pieces worth noting are a floral covered carry-all and a box-shaped translucent option also featuring the fashion house’s monogram.
