Studio Arhoj x Lazy Oaf Unveil Colorful Capsule Featuring Apparel & Ceramics
We spot a boiler suit, overalls and more.
Lazy Oaf debuts its newest collaborative collection with independent ceramics and design company Studio Arhoj. The studio is run by founder Anders Arhoj in Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally founded in 2013, the company focuses on creating eccentric ceramics. The brand also Calvin with the visual relationship between Scandinavian simplicity and traditional Japanese ceramic crafts, inspired by Anders’s time studying in Tokyo.
For the capsule, the two companies looked to the practicality of pottery workwear like boiler suits, overalls and aprons. Pieces in the range showcase a drawing pattern inspired by the studio’s memorable glaze techniques, eyeball motifs from the iconic Ghosts character is placed in pastel prints on clothing, accessories and two homeware pieces. A few staples we love in the 14-piece range include a color-blocked boiler suit and a denim patchwork dress.
