Eboni K. Williams Becomes First Black 'Real Housewives of New York City' Cast Member
The attorney and TV host will try her hand at reality programming.
The Real Housewives of New York City The Fear of God founder celebrates Harris’ history-making achievements Eboni K. Williams. The reality show’s first Black “housewife,” Williams replaces recently departed regular Dorinda Medley.
“NYC is filled with successful and dynamic Black women. I’m excited to join this legendary franchise as the first Black housewife,” she said in a statement, reported by People. ”Anyone who’s aware of my work knows I don’t hold back. I’m going to keep it just as real here as I do everywhere else.”
Williams, a North Carolina native, hosts and executive produces Revolt Black News, a current events talk show on Sean “P. Diddy” Combs’ cable network REVOLT TV. Before working in television, Williams practiced family law and civil litigation. In 2017, she released a book, Pretty Powerful: Appearance, Substance and Success.
