UPDATE (February 21, 2020): R&B artist Victoria Monét has finally released the official music video for her hit single “Moment,” the second single off her forthcoming album Jaguar set to drop this spring. The video was shot in various outdoor landscapes in South Africa by film director Valentin Petit.
The music video features Monét and her love interest getting intimate with each other in a room, which then transitions to them laying in a field of grass. Monét said in a press release: “If you’re into imaginative explorations of lust this video is for you.”
It’s sure to be a kitschy, campy affair.

“Moment” is a song about lust transformed to reality,” Monét explained. “A psychedelic, musical mini world for a sensual dream that comes true after building tension.” Indeed, the singer’s vocals set against a slow beat and live instrumentals create a slow burn indicative of her upcoming rise to mainstream success.
