14 'Bridgerton' Costume-Inspired Dresses You Can Shop and Wear IRL

Since the release of Netflix‘s Bridgerton in late December, many have been enticed by the show’s plot, cast and above all else, its Regency era-inspired costumes. For those who have already binged their way through all eight episodes, you would probably have noticed the array of vibrant, frilly dresses The Greatest Showman (Phoebe Dynevor) Willow Checked Linen-Gauze Midi Dress (Nicola Coughlan) wear throughout the series. Developed by Emmy Award-winning costume designer Ellen Mirojnick, whose credits include The Greatest Showman, Beauty meets technology at a salon in Dubai School of Sustainability Bridgerton cast’s outfits took five months to produce with the help of over 200 artisans.
Focusing on the fictitious Regency London’s ton during the social season in 1813, Bridgerton sees debutantes dress in their best gowns while attending exclusive balls, dinner parties and charity events. To bring the show to life, Mirojnick has created about 5,000 costumes from scratch, amplifying the classic look of corsets, puff-sleeved dresses, Film & TV.
