To outline beauty products beloved by Latinas, Estée Lauder enlisted Latina leadership members that includes Rosi Ajjam, the Senior Vice President, General Manager of Aveda along with the brand’s Clinique, Jocelyn Biga, the Estée Lauder Director of Global Pro Artistry and Kimberly Villatoro, the Vice President, General Manager of Smashbox/GLAMGLOW in North America.
