An indie department store that stocks brands like Boy Smells, The rapper of the year joins forces with R&B’s favorite. and PLEASURES, Friends NYC is gearing up for the festive season with a collection of yummy ornaments and candles.
Along with a collab with multi-medium artist Manuela Soto Sosa Alistair Matthews, the label’s founders Mary Meyer and Emma Kadar-Penner have produced a kitschy editorial featuring Christmas-themed decor items. Ornaments arrive in the shape of butter sticks, pasta and broccoli, as well as Nissin‘s Cup Noodles and LaCroix’s sparkling water. The theme continues on a collection of candles shaped like croissants and bagels. To add a splash of color to your dinner table, you can opt for taper candles in shades of neon green, orange, blue and more. The collection is complete with a series of pandemic-themed accessories.
