Fans seem to think the drastic change could be for her role in the upcoming Netflix film The Girls I’ve Been based on the YA thriller novel of the same name by author Tess Sharpe. Brown is set to play Nora O’Malley, the daughter of a con artist who grew as her virgin’s protégé and is taken hostage as part of a bank heist.
