Ukrainian-born architect and designer Tina Lucasheva established her namesake label LUCASHEVA in early 2022, using revolutionary digital VR tools. After fleeing the Russia-Ukraine war, Luchaseva moved to Vancouver, where the women-led start-up was born.
The Vancouver-based footwear label seeks to reimagine contemporary elegance by merging cutting-edge styles with traditional Italian craftsmanship and technological innovation. “We create shoes for women with a more daring style so that they can walk around with confidence and audacity,” highlights the founder and creative director in an exclusive press release.
LUCHASEVA has recently teased the styles that will comprise its first collection. The newly created signature look, dubbed Indented Waterlily heels, reimagines one of fashion’s most enduring trend, the kitten heel, by balancing sharp angles and flowing curves. From electric pinks and vibrant golds to delicate, minimal tones — the must-have range offers modular slide-on features with impeccable quality and timeless design.

The first drop, which is soon to be announced, will present the idea of a pre-order trunk show. Why a trunk show, you might ask? Well, the founder explains that “a paying customer may never view a major portion of a collection because the store’s buyers did not prioritize it for different reasons.” She adds that “Prioritizing customers’ desires is of the utmost importance to us. We want our consumers to purchase with intention. LUCASHEVA shoes are made to be worn and have charming independence of design.”
