Jessie wears a boiler suit from Hermès?
My everyday beauty routine is pretty simple: moisturizer and a lip color. That’s me 90% of the time. Beauty is confidence. Being able to feel good in your own skin is the ultimate beauty.
Where do you find inspiration for your style, for both fashion and beauty? Is there a beauty regimen or beauty hack you swear by?
I love following Instagram and Pinterest accounts that inspire me. Usually, if I have the same taste in furniture or architecture [as someone's], I’ll have the same taste in fashion [as theirs]. My beauty inspiration is a natural, ’90s off-duty model look. One of my favorite beauty hacks is using highlighter under my eyebrow to give it a lifted look.
series, we talk to Andrews about some of her Euphoria?
I pretty much ended up getting cast for Euphoria through social media. I had been friends with writer and director Sam [Levinson] on Instagram and we were just talking for a couple of years about random stuff. Then, they were casting for the second season and I told him, “Let me know if there are parts that would fit for me.” He said they had something and would send me to casting. I went in, did the self-tape, which was amazing, but then everything shut down for two years because of COVID-19. I got a message out of the blue from Sam one day, and he said, “Hey, do you wanna shoot something tomorrow?” So that’s how it happened.
The entrepreneur is now back on set, making an impactful appearance in the fifth episode of?
I was pretty excited in the beginning. I feel like it’s a TV show that relates to pop culture and my generation, so to be a part of something that is so part of that time, and is going to be rewatched 10 years from now, was such a cool opportunity.

Essentially, Rue (played by Zendaya) is coming off of drugs and she is being brought to rehab by her mom. She’s running away and doesn’t know where to go, and she’s getting into trouble. At night, my partner and I are leaving the house and she sneaks into our house. She takes some jewelry from me but we end up coming home early. I’m getting undressed, and I realize my jewelry is missing. I tell my partner to call the police, and he runs to the safe, where he finds Rue. It’s a really fun scene.
Featuring companies like Squarespace, Amazon, Uber Eats and Taco Bell?
It was a nighttime shoot, and Sam had these huge balloons in the air that were so beautiful, like the moonlight. It was a really fun time to be on set with so many people that were so excited about the process. The cast is so connected in so many different ways, and it was so great to be on set with that much synergy.
Sam asked me and Alan to come on set and gave us the script. Alan is a screenwriter and I’m not a trained actor really, so we’re both not professional actors. Sam told us we were going to ad-lib and we were both like, “What? You picked the non-actors to ad-lib.” [Laughs.] That was a really interesting thing for me to do because I had never done it before. Sam is a great director, so he would catch some of the things we’d say and give us the support and guidance we needed.
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish?
It would have to be the catering. [Laughs.] That probably sounds terrible, but the catering was so good. There was just so much food — fresh juice, fruit and this long strip of Mexican, Italian, breakfast sandwiches, this, that — you could literally get anything. I was so amazed because I love food. I was taking cookies and juices with me, and that was really memorable for me.

How has your experience in the adult industry informed your acting style in Euphoria?
I think having so much experience in adult films really helped me just be more comfortable in front of the camera. I’m pretty outgoing but can be quite shy in a way. From doing porn from 18 to 24, I was on camera almost every single day. That really prepped me to be okay with not being perfect every single time. I always have to remind myself of that because I don’t shoot anymore. Every shoot is an opportunity to show yourself to a massive amount of people. I feel like they also should know that not every time you’re in front of the camera it’s going to be perfect.

It’s a career path that’s challenging to me. From all of the things between adult film, DJing, starting brands, the art gallery, creative direction and more, it’s so much fun but I feel like, at a point, you kind of tap out on how challenging it can be, in a way. I think with acting, you’re really looking inward to challenge yourself in so many different ways that it’s just interesting. It’s invigorating and fascinating to see people that are acting to be able to become someone else at that moment. I really want to challenge myself in the next couple of years and see what I can do in that field.
Which film genre interests you the most and who is one director you’d like to collaborate with in the future?
It’s hard because I don’t watch a ton of television or movies, but a lot of movies that I’m drawn to are dramas and action. I’d really love to work with Gaspar Noé. I had a call with him years ago when I was in porn. We never ended up shooting anything, but he’d be a great person for me to collaborate with on something really different. I love films like Blue Is the Warmest Color, that really make you feel, and they are so realistic. I’d love to explore more in that genre.
