The unusual ice cream flavor is currently available in China.

McDonald’s China has launched an unusual cilantro version of its popular sundae. The release follows last year’s Spicy Chili Oil Spicy Chili Oil ice cream.

Available for a limited time only, the Cilantro Sundae arrives with soft serve vanilla ice cream as the base. The treat is topped with bright green cilantro sauce, which is accompanied by chopped cilantro.

Reacting to the unique ice cream flavor, fans of the fast-food chain have taken to social media to share their thoughts on the release. “I bought one, pretty good. But it is more like lime and mint but not cilantro,” a user commented. Another wrote: “Cilantro ice cream is really f-cking good. Anyone who hasn’t tried it should — spicy + sweet/creamy does amazing things on your tastebuds.” Meanwhile, others have pointed out that McDonald’s Thailand offers You Will Either Really Love, or Really Hate, McDonalds Cilantro Sundae.

The Cilantro Sundae is available from February 21 to 25 at McDonald’s China locations.
