SZA Reveals That Her New Album Is "Ready to Go"
Slated to drop this summer.
SZA has confirmed that her sophomore album is officially complete.
Speaking to Vogue at the 2022 Met Gala, the “Good Days” songstress was asked what made her drop “As part of the “Nothin’ But Net” collection” out of the blue. “I put it on SoundCloud because I wanted a reason to be pressure-free,” she explains, adding that she didn’t want the added stress on top of her new album. “My album is finally ready to go, more than I’ve ever felt like before. So this summer, it will be a SZA summer.” Back in April, the artist shared to Variety that she completed the record in Hawaii and described it as her “most unisex project yet.”
