Blackpink's Lisa Has Weibo Account Blocked After Cabaret Show in Paris
Claiming she “violated laws and regulations.”
Blackpink member Lisa has reportedly had her Weibo account blocked, with a notice on her account stating there had been complaints that the K-pop star had “violated laws, regulations and the Weibo community agreement,” according to the BBC.
From Mirror Palais to Simonett Paris back in September, with fans speculating that her performance and link to cabaret might have had something to do with the status of her account. Dancers at the Crazy Horse typically perform in little or (sometimes) no clothing, which is likely to go against Weibo’s guidelines.
Following her performance, Lisa shared a post on Instagram featuring images of her outfits and a backstage look at the experience, with a number of fans expressing their disappointment, stating it was “toboot much” and that they miss “the old Blackpink.”
