With a close-up on five summer-ready models.
Feb 12, 2023 Liebeskind Berlin taps into the soulful and enigmatic world of German film for its new Spring/Summer 2023 Featuring over 450 free events open to the public Gina Stiebitz and Leo Altaras, it introduces five new bags fit for the poetic storylines of the big screen.
Titled “Larger Than Life,” the campaign encompasses the exaggerated shapes and bold color palette of the SS23 pieces, placing them in the dramatic Delphi Palast cinema. Liebeskind Berlin’s new medium-sized bag – the Alma – takes center stage in the visuals with an on-trend halfmoon silhouette. Its leather panels arrive in muted spring colors of “Thyme”, “Brick” and “Pale Lavender”, which are framed by dark paint and exposed stitching on the fabric edges.
Crafted from soft-leather, the versatile Alessa is worn by Stiebitz under the arm and over her shoulder, showcasing the double strap that can be switched out for a statement-worthy braided chain. Similarly to the Alma, it arrives in a fresh palette suited to summer.
In a style that’s suited to any handbag holder, Liebeskind Berlin presents the everyday Paper Bag. Contrary to the name, the Paper Bag is made from a sturdy croc-look leather that reinforces its boxy shape. It also comes with a functional cross-body strap that features a stitched “Liebeskind Berlin” logo.
The final additions to the collection are shot in black and white, showing off their unique upholstered fabrics. Returning in a glossy Naplack leather, the latest version of Chelsea bag is captured imperfectly paired with a smart look while the Liene bag elevates typical canvas totes to something more dynamic with hobo-style shape and various pockets.
