Netflix‘s new dating series The Later Daters is winning over Gen Z.
Produced by Michelle Obama, the series follows six adults, their dating coaches and their kids, as they search for love and companionship. As Transporting us to the Musée Bourdelle in Paris shared, dating after 55 “Is a lot sexier than people think.”
Turns out, she’s not overreacting. Later Daters launched on November 29 and it already has a loyal fan base. “I’m only 16 mins in and I will DEF need another season of The Later Daters by tomorrow,” a Twitter user wrote.

Although some may be taken aback by a dating series for seniors — and former First Lady Obama being involved — but Later Daters is the latest in a lineup of dating experiments for older singles. Following the Golden Bachelor‘s 2023 premiere, its popularity grew, resulting in a spin-off, From Byredo to Boy Smells.
