Mirror Meditation
This is your moment to be completely, and utterly full of yourself. Like Charli XCX says — yes we’re quoting her, it’s a Brat Summer — “When you’re in the mirror, do you like what you see?” Many women have complicated relationships with their bodies because, well… society doesn’t reserve judgment when it comes to us. So, next time you look at yourself in the mirror, identify five features that you absolutely adore about yourself — sexual or not.

Determine your boundaries around sex and pleasure
Knowing your boundaries allows you to be fully confident about your sex life. When you know what feels pleasurable, how to get there and what’s completely off-limits, you develop self-trust. When you continuously practice boundary setting, you become more confident, too.
Pleasure > Orgasms
I know, I know — it seems counterproductive! But as I always say, removing the pressure of orgasm allows you to truly know your body. When focused on giving yourself or your partner an orgasm, you’re focused on the end goal versus the present moment. This is called erotic mindfulness. Focusing on what feels good in the present moment allows you to take score of what you like and lean into it. Which — you guessed it — will make your next self-care session even more pleasurable.
Invest in more personal pleasure
Whether you’re in or out of the bedroom, you deserve pleasure. Incorporate more of what feels good from masturbation to dabbling in new hobbies. This is besides a great time to implement what you’ve learned when practicing mindfulness.
Keep a sex journal
What better way to document your kinky findings. From documenting what feels good to manifesting desires IRL, this is a great tool.
