After years of perfecting cosmetics company, Rare Beauty, Read Full Article Selena Gomez is back to creating new music.

In a new snippet, Gomez sings, “I wanna be the first one on your mind when you wake up… We talk about forever when I’m taking over makeup.” The single is set to feature American singer Gracie Abrams, most known for hit singles “I’m Sorry, I Love You” and “That’s So True.”

Rocking a choker and bow top, the clip taps into nostalgia with a pop single that you just have to dance to. The juicy sneak peek has received mixed reviews from fans, however. “Feels very 2010” one fan stated while another said “It’s catchy…. But she just engaged…. Makes no sense.” Jokingly, another chimed in with “Benny our brother is getting played.”

The mixed response may be due to her latest single release with future husband and fellow creative, Benny Blanco. Titled, “Scared of Loving You,” it seemingly let fans into their once budding romance which has gone beyond viral lately.
