- Upper: The 100% recycled polyester engineered woven upper is incredibly lightweight and breathable. It hugs your foot for sock-like comfort.
- Midsole: The dual-density Helion™ Superfoam is combined with a spoon-shaped nylon blend Speedboard® for a fast and responsive rolling sensation.
- Outsole: The grip rubber pads on the bottom of each Cloud pod give you traction and durability for road running in wet and dry conditions. It includes On’s signature CloudTec® technology, where each individual pod compresses horizontally and vertically to give you cushion just where it should and provide explosive take-offs.

Great for Training and Racing
With version 4 On has removed the debris-grabbing groove from the forefoot sole and made an excellent racing shoe. I've owned every version. The Cloudflow has always been lightweight responsive low-drop and fast. And every version has comfortably reached over 300 miles of street running. But that groove between the clouds would collect gravel and other debris rendering it unsuitable for racing. With version 4 the groove is gone and this is the best racing flat I have found.
