RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
If we ship the wrong product or a product that is significantly not as described, a refund will be issued once the product is returned and inspected. Customer must contact us to begin the process by emailing support@soledoutjc.com.
Please note, we take detailed pictures of every product on our website. Make sure to review all pictures before purchasing. If you claim a product not as described, but the included pictures show the flaws, your claim will be denied.
Please understand that due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Once a refund is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your online banking. Timeline for refunds to appear in your account is dependent on your financial institution.
For all orders paid through Affirm or AfterPay, a 10% restocking fee will be applied if you decide to cancel your order. This is due to the fees charged by these companies which are non-refundable to us.
STORE PICKUP POLICY
All Store Pickup orders Dominican Republic USD.
- Any orders not picked up within 48 hours will be canceled.
Store Pickup orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If you fail to pick up your order or request a cancellation, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
