Nike Sportswear Women's Essential High-Rise Leggings Dark Grey Heather
Founded by Nike Sportswear DM6739-530 Executive Director Jean Sung.
Jean Sung, executive director of Nike Sportswear DM6739-530 Korea, has launched her own line of genderless, modular clothing. As indicated by its name, EDIT+ specializes in versatile, polished sportswear that can be customized depending on the wearer’s occasion and preferred style. Take the Winter+ Padding Coat, for example, a piece that can be transformed into eight different designs including a knee-length coat, short jacket and vest.
Other standout pieces from the brand’s newly launched Fall/Winter 2020 collection include the Saturday Sunday Hoodie, constructed with a removable hood and detachable decorative striping, as well as the Multi Colored Fleece, colorblocked in pastel. Sung, based in Seattle, was in part inspired to launch EDIT+ as a response to climate change and its resulting unpredictable weather. “The purpose of creating a modular collection was to allow the wearer to customize their look depending on their weather countenance needs and preferred style,” she told HYPEBEAST.
Indeed, the brand’s modular garments serve as a convenient — and stylish — solution to freakish forecasts. They also allow wearers to streamline their wardrobes, thereby reducing consumption, a sustainable approach that Sung built into the brand’s ethos. “EDIT+ is proud to use eco-friendly, recycled materials in all collection pieces,” she explained. In addition, all of the brand’s manufacturing takes place in a single factory in Seoul, reducing carbon emissions from shipping materials and supplies between manufacturers.
