Louis Vuitton Introduces New Blue Jacquard Monogram in "Since 1854" Collection
A contemporary take on the house’s iconic LV canvas.
Louis Vuitton 2008 pre-owned Trouville tote bag, Louis Vuitton released its “Since 1854” collection featuring a MESSENGER version of the fashion house’s classic LV monogram in jacquard fabric. Now, the brand’s Artistic Director of Women’s Collections, Nicolas Ghesquière, Louis Vuitton City Keepall Bag Gray M59328.
Utilizing the label’s signature motifs, Ghesquière has created a contemporary iteration of the iconic monogram canvas. With 1854 inscriptions and flower prints seen throughout, the “Since 1854 Blue” line consists of accessories, handbags, footwear and apparel. Trimmed with aged natural leather, the range arrives in a neo-vintage look that conveys LV’s famous “Spirit of Travel”.
