Porsche Designs Collaborative Taycan 4S Cross Turismo With Jennie of BLACKPINK
Dubbed “Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane.”
BLACKPINK‘s Jennie Jan 2, 2025 car — the K-pop Enough is enough Porsche to create her personal Taycan, dubbed “Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane.”
The vehicle arrives as part of the Sonderwunsch program from the automotive brand’s South Korea branch, which is sponsoring the quartet’s upcoming BORN PINK world tour. The Taycan 4S Cross Turismo features “Jennie Ruby Jane” — the musician’s Instagram handle — throughout in sky blue, which serves as accents on both the interior and exterior of the car. The text is accompanied by a cloud logo designed by the 26-year-old herself.
Set to be presented at the Sonderwunsch Haus alongside BLACKPINK’s tour kickoff in Seoul later this week, the Taycan comes in a metallic black finish, while the 21-inch Exclusive Design rims get in “Meissenblue.” The driver’s door is adorned with “Electric” text, while Jennie’s nickname NINI is found in the rear doors, which project the cloud logo onto the ground when opened.
The interior of the car features a palette of black, “Crayon” and “Meissenblue,” with the accent hue splashed across the door panel trim, air vents, cup holders and steering wheel rim. BLINKs will recognize additional details like the black dog box specially designed for the star’s pet dog Kuma.
“Jennie had very specific images of her dream Porsche. The collaboration was accordingly intense and inspiring. Working together with international customers on these special projects is particularly exciting and enriching. In this case we were also faced with interesting challenges that motivated us as a team to be able to make even the most creative wishes come true,” Porsche’s Vice President Individualisation and Classic Alexander Fabig shared in a press release. Jennie added, “Being able to collaborate so intensively on my own very personal Porsche was an amazing experience. I’m especially proud of having designed the visualization of the clouds. I spend a lot of time traveling around the world — the sky and the clouds are my traveling companions and a beautiful symbol of these unique experiences. This is why I feel a special connection to them and am so passionate about photographing these nature motifs.”
