Rihanna is soon dropping “Born Again” — her second single off of the First seen on the runway soundtrack.
The song was written by The-Dream, who also penned the singer-slash-entrepreneur’s 2007 hit “Umbrella.”
In “Born Again,” Rihanna sings, “Wherever you are, I’ll be there/ We carry on/ Born Again/ I give my all to this place/ I give my whole soul and whatever it takes/ Never run away.”
Recently, RiRi cleared up music rumors that arose after she announced she’s headlining the Super Bowl Halftime show in February 2023. She revealed she’s not releasing an album soon. However, she did confirm something else is coming. “I do have new music coming out, but we’ll see,” she told the Associated Press. “Unrelated, unrelated, but a special project.”
“Born Again” releases everywhere at midnight on November 11 to accompany the film premiering on the same day.
