According to comments from Hodgsons’ sister, he always seemed like he’d try to weasel his way out of the relationship and his last move was no surprise — despite how disheartening.

In a recent episode, Haris further unpacks his relationship expertise with the three-month rule. “I’ve always had situations where we’ve got along for the first two months, three months,” he said on the hit show. “After three months if it’s not a case of like ‘Wow, I’m going to bring this girl back home, I’m going to introduce her to my sisters or my mum’, it’s never came to that.”

So, despite Haris’ love for lying about his relationship status, he was indeed correct about the three-month rule. So act accordingly, ladies.
