UPDATE (FEBRUARY 17, 2023): Bebe Rexha has dropped her new single, “Heart Wants What it Wants,” along with an accompanying music video.
For the catchy, new track, Rexha takes it back to the 1970s, offering some serious disco dance vibes.
In the chorus, she sings, “My heart only wants what it wants/ What it wants, what it wants ’til it doesn’t/ I can’t promise you love, it was love/ It was love, it was love ’til it wasn’t, oh/ So good ’til I get enough, so good ’til I give it up/ So good, but my hеart is sold on you ’cause/ My heart only wants what it wants/ What it wants, what it wants ’til it doesn’t (Oh).”

That’s why we’re doing a little bit of Farrah Fawcett.”
She added, “I grew up with immigrant parents, so we didn’t really listen to ’70s music that much. We listened to Albanian music, and then I did a deep dive into the ’70s, and I was like, ‘Wait, Fleetwood Mac? Diana Ross? What’s going on?’”
