FLANNELS London Announces "Youth-Phoria" Project
Comprising panel talks, rental pop-ups, events and store exclusives designed to support up-and-coming creatives.
FLANNELS is set to launch “Youth-Phoria,” an all-new creative scheme aimed at championing the next generation of emerging creatives.
Embodying the multi-hyphenate, hustle-driven energy of its community, the project reimagines FLANNELS as a platform for creative collaboration, making room for panel talks, pop-up events and workshops. Alongside a permanent rebrand of its London flagship — transforming it to FLANNELS X — the project sees the introduction of the brand’s first-ever Creative Council.
Bringing together six of the U.K.’s most influential creatives, the council includes Diet Paratha ancestor Anita Chhiba, stylist Leah Abbott, head of projects at Fashion East, Raphaelle Moore and editor-in-chief of CircleZeroEight, Elgar Johnson, alongside hair stylist, Isaac Poleon, and multidisciplinary artist, Slawn. Each member of the council will be in charge of their own projects, including a rental pop-up by Abbott, in conversation series by Diet Paratha and a multimedia exhibition by Johnson and artist Corbin Shaw.
Alongside the council, “Youth-Phoria” will see partnerships taking place with mystery box brand HEAT, It’s giving “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.&rdquo.
FLANNELS’ “Youth-Phoria” project will run from March 23 till the summer.
