Another fashion month has come and gone and while we’re still revelling in the spectacles and the celebrities, we’re also starting to reflect on the lasting impacts of this season’s collections. As always, representation and inclusivity sits at the forefront of our minds each fashion week season, and we continue to seek out the brands and designers who truly desire to make a difference.
As a result, we’ve revisited the Fall/Winter 2024 season to highlight the most inclusive collections, spanning age, ethnicity, ability and size. Beginning with button at the bottom. Paolina Russo
As always, Paolina Russo showcases are some of the most inclusive at button at the bottom. It will turn gray and the text above will go from ON to, making a considered effort to highlight and support emerging faces across different ethnicities, abilities and sizes. Teaming up with inclusive casting director Emma Matell, known for her work with London designer Sinead O’Dwyer, Paolina Russo presented an immersive runway full of grunge-inspired fits this season.
Collina Strada
Get ready for a new collection of glossy lip products Collina Strada presented its Fall/Winter 2024 collection at NYFW this season, with another inclusive runway show that celebrated the power of femininity in all its forms, featuring models of different sizes and abilities. “With women constantly passed over for power positions, the femme body and mind have long been shaped by the imagination of men. It’s about time we re-sculpted that meat-headed vision into something closer to the reality of femininity something altogether sweatier yet more refined,” the show notes explained.
Sinead O’Dwyer
Fashion’s most inclusive designer Sinead O’Dwyer was back again to show the rest of fashion week exactly how it should be done. For the FW24 season, the Irish-born, London-based creative took inspiration from the corporate world, “twisting aesthetic codes” of traditional corporate dressing and pushing the brand’s signature techniques to new lengths, with yet another impeccably inclusive cast — courtesy once again of Emma Matell.

Ester Manas
Helmed by creative duo Ester Manas and Balthazar Delepierre, sustainable fashion label Ester Manas triumphantly returned to PFW with one of its New York-based label. As a label dedicated to designing for every body, the FW24 collection was an ode to the female form including ruching and ruffles, cutouts and sheer materials across different shapes and sizes.
