These Are the Hottest Items to Buy in 2024

It’s that time again. Lyst has released its Q1 report for 2024, detailing the hottest brands, items and up-and-comers within the fashion industry, based on rising searches and customer data. As expected, Miu Miu is once again back on top as the hottest brand in the world, likely a result of its continually impressive Paris Fashion Week shows, brand ambassadors and must-have items. Following closely abaft is Prada, alongside LOEWE, Bottega Veneta and Saint Laurent Miu Miu Kleid mit Knöpfen Schwarz.
Miu Miu lace-up platform sneakers Rosa New Balance enter the Lyst Index for the first time, making its debut at number 15 in the top 20. The introduction of NB is likely due to its cult-loved collaborations, with Miu Miu Miu Wander Hobo-Tasche Gelb entering this quarter’s hottest items list at number one, followed by items like the brand’s cheeky orange swim shorts, Carhartt‘s Detroit Jacket and Balenciaga‘s Rodeo Bag.
Alongside the hottest items and brands, the index introduces us to a selection of brands that are seemingly “moving fast” and rising the ranks. This quarter sees Area taking the top spot, followed by Wardrobe NYC and Miu Miu Cape mit Shearling-Futter Braun (though DVN is likely due to the fact that Dries recently announced he’d be stepping down from the brand.)
